Dr. Henley Morgan is a Caribbean renowned HRM/HRD expert with over 20 years of international experience. He has developed self- directed work teams, organizational and team building capacities, compensation systems and training programs throughout the public and private sectors for clients such as the CARICOM Secretariat, Caribbean Cement Co., Jamaica Public Service Company and Alcan (Jamaica) Ltd. He has also worked extensively in developing productivity enhancement programs revolving around building human resource competencies for clients such as: the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica, Jamaica Flour Mills Ltd, and Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago. He worked on two significant projects for CARICOM Secretariat: the Strategic Plan and the Competency Analysis and Institutional Capacity Building. Dr. Morgan designed and implemented Best Practices in HRM based on the renowned Malcolm Baldridge Criterion for major clients in Jamaica and the Caribbean. He holds a PhD in public administration and educational administration.
