Dr. Ben Henry has had over twenty-five (25) years experience in the Hospitality Industry.  Areas of expertise include Customer Service, Tourism Education,   Service Quality Leadership, Customer Service Management; Customer Satisfaction Standards, Customer Value,  Best Practices in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management. He is acknowledged as the leading customer service trainer in Jamaica and Caricom and is the author of several books and over three hundred (300) articles. He has undertaken numerous consulting assignments throughout the United States and the Caribbean, Jamaica, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Cuba and has conducted training for some 130 clients throughout Caricom since 2003.
